We are a full-service firm and handle a broad range of immigration matters. We conduct telephone consultations in the same way we conduct in person consultations and have found them to be very effective.

• Our consultation fee is $100 for consultations up to 30 minutes. The consultation fee is waived if we are hired to handle your case.
• Speak with an attorney at length at a location convenient and comfortable to you instead of in a lawyer's office.
• Choose your appointment time from this web page right now rather than having to call in during business hours to our office.
• We guarantee that we can schedule a consultation with an attorney one to two business days after the request is submitted. If we cannot, the consultation will be free.
• Evening, weekend and same-day consultations can be arranged (see details below).
• We will credit your consultation fee back to you if we are retained to provide additional services within 24 hours of the consultation.
• If you are eligible for entry in the annual green card lottery, we are happy to take care of entering you as part of your consultation fee. We normally charge $65 to $150 for such services.
